Preparation for Patent Application

Our patent attorneys can handle various fields of patent application in cooperation with technical specialists. Before starting preparation, the first step to be taken is a meeting with our client for solid understanding of the invention. Documents or materials including necessary information listed below will be helpful for us to make the preparation smoothly.

Necessary information
・	Title (temporary) and Field of the invention
・	Purpose and Effect of the invention (such as advantages and solutions compared
	with prior art)
・	Constitution of the invention (as a whole, for each element, relations among elements)
・	Detailed working example
・	Drawing (flow chart is effective for explanation of steps)

After a thorough understanding of the details of the invention, we will prepare a filing document (specification and diagram, etc.) and file for a patent application.
